Figure 4. The expression of hub genes in LUSC and LUAD samples of TCGA. The LUAD database was containing 486 tumor and 338 normal samples. LUAD datasets was containing 483 tumor and 347 normal samples. ANPEP, CD69, ITGAL, PTPRC, ITGA1, CCL2, and PECAM1 were down-regulated in both LUSC and LUAD samples. SOX2 was up-regulated in both LUSC and LUAD samples. There was no significant different on EGFR expression between tumor and normal samples (*P < 0.05).
