Then the correlation between immune cells and CCL19 expression was studied. Each line is a sample. Red indicates positive correlation, the corresponding immune cells are easy to be activated, while blue indicates that the high/low expression of CCL19 has a negative impact on immune cells. (B) We classified OV patients, and then studied the effects of CCL19 high expression environment and low expression environment on different immune cells.
