(A) Viability of MPC5 cells was detected by CCK-8 assay. From 12 h after stimulation, cell viability in the 30mM D-glucose group was significantly lower than that in the 5.5mm D-glucose group. (B) Mitochondrial membrane potential was evaluated by JC-1 staining assay. The percentage of mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm) decreased is the percentage of JC-1 monomer.
