The prognostic value of NLRP1/NLRP3 and its relationship with immune infiltration in human gastric cancer

(B) NLRP3 expression is significantly negatively related to tumor purity and has a significant positive correlation with 5 types of immune cells (CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells, other than B cells) in STAD (p < 0.001). (C) In six types of immune cell, the infiltration level of macrophage was significantly correlated with the cumulative survival of patients of STAD (p = 0.004).
