(A) Two-dimensional cell proliferation assay in OR-6 and Huh 7.5.1 cells treated with different doses of SOF (0.25 to 5 μM), interferon-α (1 to 1000 IU) and ribavirin (0.1 to 100 μM) for 24 hrs were performed. (B) The OR-6 and Huh 7.5.1 cells were grown in three-dimensional culture dish and treated with different doses of SOF (0.25 to 5 μM), interferon-α (1 to 1000 IU) and ribavirin (0.1 to 100 μM) for 24 hrs to inspect cell proliferation.
