Figure 7.Mechanism of lncRNA KCNQ1OT1/miR-128-3p/NFAT5 axis mediating osteoclast differentiation. KCNQ1OT1 competitively binds to miR-128-3p, which leads to upregulation of NFAT5. NFAT5 inhibits the expression of osteoclastogenesis markers such as c-Fos, NFATc1, and Ctsk, thus inhibiting osteoclast differentiation.
