(A) The mRNA level of IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-1β in CM-treated RWPE-1 cells were analyzed by qRT-PCR analysis. (B) The released pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α were quantified using an ELISA kit in the supernatant from CM-treated RWPE-1 cells. The expression of (C) protein and (D) mRNA of NOS2 and COX2 were determined in CM-treated RWPE-1 cells. Each gene level was normalized to β-actin.
