MTDH promotes metastasis of clear cell renal cell carcinoma by activating SND1-mediated ERK signaling and epithelial-mesenchymal transition

(C, D) Compared with matched paracancerous normal kidney tissues, MTDH mRNA expression was increased in 80.6%(58/72) and 98.0%(99/101) of ccRCC tissues in TCGA dataset and GSE40435, respectively.
