The minor allele (C) of rs11620312 was associated with the increased rates of EF decline (B, PBonf = 0.037) and FDG hypometabolism (C, PBonf = 0.029), however it was not associated with the change rates of MEM (A, PBonf = 0.18) and hippocampus volume (D, PBonf = 1.16) over time.
