Figure 1. OSBPL2 is associated with H2O2-induced cytotoxic effects on HEI-OC1 cells. (A) HEI-OC1 cells were exposed to H2O2 for 1 h at designated concentrations (50, 100, 200, 400, 800, and 1000 μM). The viability of HEI-OC1 cells was measured by CCK-8 assay. (B) The viability of HEI-OC1 cells was measured by CCK-8 assay at the indicated time after H2O2 (400 μM) treatment.
