HBV plasmid was transfected into Huh7 cells; 2 d later, Solamargine (5 μM) was added into the cells, and the samples were collected after 1 d culture. (A) The relative expression of HBV pgRNA was detected by Northern blot. (B) The relative expression levels of HBsAg and HBcAg protein were detected by Western blot. The band strength was measured by Image-J software. Assays were performed in triplicate and results are presented as means ± SD.
