The mitochondrial structure of breast cancer cells was observed by electron microscopy after transfection of siRNA in breast cancer MDA-MB-231 for 48 h, transfection of overexpression plasmid in SK-BR-3 for 48 h, and then NRG1 treatment for 48 h.
