The results show that most of the S5 genes are enriched in the “Pathways of neurodegeneration-multiple diseases” pathway. In addition, these genes are mainly involved in “Alzheimer Disease”, “Huntington Disease” and other neurodegenerative pathways. (B) The bubble diagram shows the top 8 GO terms that are enriched for important genes. The vertical axis corresponds to the Biological Process (BP), Cell Component (CC), and Molecular Function (MF). The results indicate that most of the S5 genes are involved in “establishment of protein localization to membrane” and “protein targeting in membrane” biological processes.
