The immune cell types included CD4+ T cells, cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF), progenitor cells, endothelial cells (Endo), eosinophils (Eos), hematopoietic stem cells (HSC), T follicular helper cells (Tfh), gamma-delta T cells (gdT), natural killer T cells (NKT), regulatory T cells (Tregs), B cells, neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, NK cells, mast cells, and CD8+ T cells. The results were represented by colors, with a positive correlation shown in red and a negative correlation shown in blue.
