After FA supplementation, intracellular ROS, SA-β-Gal, and DNA damage were decreased, while intracellular GSH, activity of CAT and SOD as well as mitochondria activity and function (MMP, ATP production) were increased in aged oocyte. These may help oocyte delay aging process and improve oocyte quality.
