Polyphyllin I attenuates the invasion and metastasis via downregulating GRP78 in drug-resistant hepatocellular carcinoma cells

Figure 1. Identification of sorafenib-resistant cells. (A) The viability of HepG2 and HepG2/S cells was assessed upon treatment with sorafenib at concentrations ranging from 0 to 8 μM. (B) The inhibition rate of Sora on Huh-7 and Huh-7/S cells was measured at concentrations ranging from 0 to 8 μM. The IC₅₀ value of Sora was determined for HCC/S and HCC cells. A significant increase in the IC₅₀ value of cells treated with sorafenib indicates drug resistance compared to the control group.
