(A) The Mock KO and DBC1 KO cell lines were respectively treated with DMSO, 40 mU GO and 25 μm etoposide (ETOP) for 5 hours, then their lysates were subjected to immunoblot analysis for total p53 and its phosphorylation as indicated.
