Vector-overexpressing (V-OE), and PZR-overexpressing (PZR-OE) SPC-A1 cells were treated with NAC (100 μM) for 1 h and then extracted in the RIPA buffer. Cells extract were subjected to Western blotting with the indicated antibodies.
