(C) The colony formation assay revealed a significant decrease in the viability of GBM cells with miR-320b overexpression when exposed to irradiation doses of 0 Gy, 2 Gy, 4 Gy and 6 Gy. (D) A significant decrease of cell colonies was observed in GBM cells with miR-320b overexpression, particularly when exposed to 6 Gy irradiation.
