Figure 6. GQ and miR-451 enhanced the inhibitory effect of ADR on tumor growth in mice. Tumor-bearing mice were treated with ADR (3 mg/kg) or the complex of miR-451 (0.55 mg/kg) and liposome CDO14 (1.5 mg/kg) via tail vein injection, or treated with GQ (18 mg/kg) by gavage for 6 times at an interval of 3 days.
