MCF-7/ADR cells and miR-451-transfected MCF-7/ADR cells were subjected to ADR (43 μM) or ADR (43 μM) combining GQ (10 μM) for 48 h. (A) Expression levels of MDR1 were detected by Real-time RT-PCR.
