The protein expression levels of (I) CD4, CD8, CTLA4 and PD-L1 in colorectal tumor were detected by western blotting. The quantitative data of the protein expression levels were normalized by GAPDH expressions and were shown as a percentage of the corresponding relative intensity of the CTRL group.
