When recombinant pcDNA3.1-PKM2 was transiently transfected into SGC-7901 and MGC-803 cells transfected with pLV-MKRN2, it promoted cell proliferation (B, D, F). However, when siRNA of PKM2 was transiently transfected into SGC-7901 and MGC-803 cells transfected with siRNA-MKRN2, the results were opposite (A, C, E).
