Figure 4.MKRN2 negatively regulates cell proliferation by inhibiting ERK. The result of RNA-seq analysis showed MKRN2 affects the ERK signaling pathway (A). When ERK activator in SGC-7901 and MGC-803 cells in which MKRN2 was overexpressed, it promoted cell proliferation (C, E, G). However, when used an ERK inhibitor in SGC-7901 and MGC-803 cells in which MKRN2 was inhibited, inhibition of cell proliferation was observed (B, D, F).
