All comparisons were made concerning non-neoplastic gastric mucosa MNP01. Z-score was the metric applied to test the clustering between genes. Blue gradients represent a lower Z-score (genes with a lower level of expression) and red gradients represent a higher Z-score (genes with a higher level of expression).
