SRT2183 impairs ovarian cancer by facilitating autophagy

(C) In order to evaluate if SRT2183 induce the autophagy by p38 signaling pathway, the cells were treated by SB203580, a traditional inhibitor of p38 MAPK signaling pathway. All experiments were repeated for three times.
