Synergistic effect between LH and estrogen in the acceleration of cumulus expansion via GPR30 and EGFR pathways
GPR30 protein accumulated in COCs after LH/hCG injection. PMSG-primed female mice were injected with hCG, and the COCs in the ovaries were collected at 0, 2, 4, 8, and 16 h. The mRNA levels of GPR30 were measured using RT-qPCR. (A) The protein levels of GPR30 were detected using western blot (B), and the bands were quantified using gray scanning (C).
