Risk of hospitalization from drug-drug interactions in the Elderly: real-world evidence in a large administrative database
Forest plots of adjusted odds ratios of hospitalization associated with current (last month) and past (≥2 months before) exposure to DDI, stratified by history of high-risk comorbidities in the previous 3 years (see Supplementary Table 3). These odds ratios are unbiased estimates of the relative risk of hospitalization compared to no exposure to DDI, and are presented on the log scale. Analyses #5 and #6 are not presented due to the limited number of patients exposed to DDI per stratum; history of high-risk comorbidities was not investigated in analysis #9. Note: Odds ratios are adjusted for covariates shown in Table 2.
