Substance P blocks ovariectomy-induced bone loss by modulating inflammation and potentiating stem cell function
OVX-induced bone loss enriches of Th17, decreasing Treg in lymphoid organ. The pool of (A, C) CD4+Foxp3+ Treg cells and (B, D) CD4+IL17+ Th17 cells in splenocytes and MLN were analyzed by FACS.
