Figure 1. LRRK2 interacts and phosphorylates PRDX2. (A) LRRK2-GFP and PRDX2-flag are co transfected in HEK293T cells. The lysates were collected and subjected to immunoprecipitation with anti-GFP antibody. The protein was subjected to western blot with anti-flag. Un-transfected cells, LRRK2 GFP alone and PRDX flag alone was transfected into HEK293T cells to serve as negative control.
