High expression of PGC-1α/ERRα strengthening EMT phenotypes in endometrial cancer cells, the EMT process accompanied by the decreased expression of the epithelial cell marker E-cadherin, and the increased expression of the mesenchymal cell marker vimentin. Inhibition of PGC-1α/ERRα lead to suppresses the EMT process and upregulation of E-cadherin as well as downregulation of vimentin.
