Cells with or without LPS stimulation (100 ng·mL−1) (A and D), treated with SIRT1 activator CAY (5 μM) (B and E), or pretreated with CAY for 30 min before 24-h LPS stimulation (C and F), were incubated with YG beads for 1 h at 37°C.
