The wound area was measured at indicated times. Representative images are shown. (B, C) Cell tran-swell assays (with or without a Matrigel coating). HepG2 and Hep3B cells were seeded in the upper chamber and cultured in serum-free medium containing resveratrol. After 24 h, the membrane was stained with crystal violet solution and photographed.
