Circular RNA expression in isoproterenol hydrochloride-induced cardiac hypertrophy

(A) RNA was extracted from the ventricles of mice treated with or without isoproterenol (Iso) and the circular RNAs were validated by Real-time PCR and Sanger sequencing. The divergent primers were used to amplify circRNAs but the convergent primers were designed to detect the linear form both in cDNA and genomic DNA (gDNA), GAPDH is as a linear control. (B) The amplified circRNAs were confirmed to be head-to-tail spliced via sequencing.
