EMT makers, including CDH1 (A), CDH2 (B), SNAI1 (C), SNAI2 (D), TWIST1 (F), but not VIM (E), showed significant correlation with stromal process in ccRCC environments (p<0.001). In addition, CDH1 showed negative association with stromal score (r²=-0.191), while stromal score positively correlated CDH2 (r²=0.337), SNAI1 (r²=0.199), SNAI2 (r²=0.201) and TWIST1 (r²=0.305) mRNA expression in ccRCC patients from TCGA cohort.
