Figure 8.GSEA was used to perform hallmark signaling analysis in PLOD1/2/3, respectively. A total of 100 significant genes were obtained from GSEA with positive and negative correlation. The most involved significant pathways included glycolysis, hypoxia, epithelial mesenchymal transition, etc.
