Figure 6. ROS production after glycation. THP-1 macrophages (M0) were treated with different MGO concentrations, 10% AGE-FCS or different concentrations of H2O2 for up to 60 min. Production of intracellular ROS was determined using fluorescent probe H2DCFDA and measurement of fluorescence intensity. Basic measurement represents fluorescence intensity after loading of the cells with H2DCFDA but without addition of any treatment. Shown is one representative graph of 3 independent measurements. Data represents average mean + SD of 5 technical replicates.
