Figure 3.Cripto-1 expression was correlated with the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) relevant markers. Western blot (A) and RT-PCR (B) results showed that transfecting siRNA against Cripto-1 decreased Cripto-1 expression, down-regulated N-cadherin, Vimentin, Fibronectin and Snail and up-regulated E-cadherin. While opposite results were showed in HCC cells with up-regulated Cripto-1 expression.
