Figure 3.Exogenous H2S decreases the apoptotic rate and increases cell viability in the aged H9C2 cells. (A) Apoptosis was analysed by flow cytometry. The apoptotic rate = early apoptotic rate + late apoptotic rate. All data were from four independent experiments. (B) Cell viability measured using a CCK-8 kit. The viability of control cells was considered 100%, and the others were expressed as percentages of control.
