(A) In general, the OTM was quite low (< 6) in ADSCs treated with PBN. Higher OTMs were found at the 30 minute timepoint in ADSCs derived from 20-40 year old donors. (B) Similarly, the majority of ADSCs treated with AA showed an OTM < 6. Higher OTMs were observed at the 30 minute timepoint in ADSCs derived from 20-40 year old and 61+ year old donors.
