Figure 3.H2O2 and acrolein resistance of stationary phase WT and cat cells grown on different mediaCells were grown to the stationary phase (16 h on Glc/AS, Glc/MA or Gly/AS and for 40 h on Gly/MeOH/AS). Equal amounts of cells were treated with increasing concentrations of H2O2(A) or acrolein (B). Experiments were repeated at least 3 times. Representative plates are shown.
