GAPDH and nucleoporin were detected as loading controls, respectively. (B) TRAP assay showing inhibition of telomerase activity in TTP-expressing cells. 0.5 and 1 μg of lysate from cells grown in the absence or presence of TTP was used for TRAP assay as described in Methods. Control reaction lacks Taq polymerase.
