(A) A comprehensive pan-cancer analysis was performed to evaluate UBR1 expression across various cancer and normal tissues using combined data from the TCGA and GTEX databases. Statistical significance is indicated as follows: ^****p < 0.0001, ^***p < 0.001, ^**p < 0.01, ^*p < 0.05. (B) To further understand the functional implications of UBR1 expression, a pan-cancer GSEA was conducted. This analysis identified significant enrichment of UBR1 in various signaling pathways across different cancer types.
