(B–F) Cells were transfected with 20 μM si-DANCR, 1×10¹⁰ TU/mL LV-DANCR, and 50 nM miR-33a mimic (Mim) /inhibitor (Inh) for 48h. Then, qPCR was conducted to determine the expression of ABCA1, ABCG1, SR-BI, SR-A, and CD36. All results are presented as the mean ± SD from three independent experiments performed in triplicate.
