Figure 8.The schematic diagram illustrated how core fucosylation regulated alveolar epithelial cells senescence in pulmonary fibrosis through TGF-β/Smad2/3 pathway in vivo and in vitro. Blocking core fucosylation modification of TGF-βR could reduce the activation of the downstream pathways of TGF-β, obstructing the process of AECs senescence and partially ameliorating lung fibrosis.
