(B) Tim⁰¹ mutants were also significantly longer-lived under DD conditions (LD n = 155, DD n = 146; P < 0.0001). (C) Cyc⁰¹ flies showed a significant lifespan extension when aged under DD conditions as compared to LD (LD n = 228, DD n = 232; P < 0.0001).
