In the M1-Exo and GEM groups, these expressions were significantly up-regulated, where pathological changes of tissue damage occurred. In the M1-Exo-GEM group, Caspase-3 and Bax expressions were significantly up-regulated, showing higher levels than those in the M1-Exo and GEM groups. (B) PHK-67 tracing of Exos revealed enrichment of M1-Exo-GEM in tumor tissues, indicating that tumor tissues could take up Exos.
