(B, C) According to protein assay results, Bcl-2 was highly expressed in the Control group, while Caspase-3 and Bax were lowly expressed. GEM and M1-Exo enhanced the expressions of Caspase-3 and Bax and inhibited the Bcl-2 expression, suggesting their pro-apoptosis effect.
