Celecoxib reverses the glioblastoma chemo-resistance to temozolomide through mitochondrial metabolism

(A) LN18 and LN229 GBM cells (2.5×103) were seeded into 12-well plates, following TMZ and/or celecoxib treatment for 12 days prior to staining. Then the plates were imaged by Bio-Rad equipment.
