Cell extracts were analyzed by immunoblotting using antibodies against CFP and Cdc2 (loading control). (B) Quantitative analysis of CFP-Atg8 cleavage in panel (A). The intensity of CFP band was quantified and the values normalized using Cdc2 as loading control.
